Ura Maku is the combination of two Assamese words 'Ura' & 'Maku'. Ura means to fly and Maku defines the shuttle (Textile shuttle). So, put together, Ura Maku expresses a feeling to fly with high dreams yet rooted in their soul. The brand believes that textile is the origin or first step towards fashion.
